Naming Rights to the Alumni Dinner
Rs. 50,000
You can secure naming rights to the Reunion Dinner on Saturday night. Kingfisher is sponsoring a high-end DJ from Kolkata, and an elaborate buffet dinner will be held that night in a different location. It would be called the “Google Alumni Dinner” or “IBM Alumni Dinner”, etc. Additional displays would also be made available, and would include five complimentary tickets.
A description of the dinner:
The three-day Reunion at St. Patrick’s will find its festive and emotional high on a warm Saturday evening, when alumni and their guests will arrive in their finest. Suits, skirts and sarees, ties and cufflinks will be coming out this night. The alumni of historically close schools, like adjoining Loreto Convent will also be invited, and many an old flame will be stirred, if albeit briefly. We expect at least 500 people on Alumni Night, which will feature a DJ-revved up dance party, followed by a stately multiple course Alumni Dinner. This will be held in what was formerly the Senior Dormitory of the school, a huge hall that takes up much of the top floor of the school’s main building, constructed over a century ago.

This is a photograph from the early 1900s. This space has no beds now – it is used for ICSE exams and special occasions. The last time it was used for a Reunion dance and dinner was during the school Centenary in 1991. Here’s the school kitchen from that period with staff in all their regalia:

The guests include alumni flying in from Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, and from a few other countries like Germany and the US. There will be award recipients, Christian Brothers, and other dignitaries and luminaries present.
The waiters will be in uniform with white gloves, the cooks with chef caps and aprons. The dinner menu:
